          – the ideal aviator?

Nothing could be more wrong. Such an aviator would never pass the Swedish Air Force’s screening. What we are looking for is a part of a team. It is not the maverick James Bigglesworth that we are looking for. We want the team member and friend James Bigglesworth. We are looking for someone that does not only understand teamwork, but someone who defines the concept.

The war against the alien aggressor does not demand lone heroes. It demands the effort of an entire civilisation. You are a vital part of the war effort, as much as our aviators. We demand teamwork and co-operation from our aviators, not only with themselves, but with every other part of the defence forces. If we can achieve this, we will all become the heroes of Earth.
